Fittings Range

We offer a full and comprehensive range of Butt Weld and Forged Steel fittings to ASME B16.9 and B16.11 / BS3799, with materials available in Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel and Duplex grades.

Our stock of Carbon Steel Butt Weld Fittings ranges from 1/2” to 24” STD WT, SCHXS, SCH160 and SCHXXS. We can offer in accordance with ASTM / ASME SA234 WPB and ASTM / ASME SA420 WPL6 (LCTS).

Midsteel can also offer Stainless Steel Butt Weld fittings from 1/2” to 12” SCH10s, SCH40s, SCH80s in material grades ASTM / ASME SA403 WP304/L, WP316/L in Seamless and Welded form.

Chrome – Moly grades of WP5, WP9, WP11 and WP22, plus Duplex and Exotic alloy materials are available upon request.

Forged Steel fittings range from 1/8” to 4” 3000lb, 6000lb and 9000lb screwed and socket weld and are available immediately from stock.

The complete scope of materials for Forged Steel fittings are to ASTM / ASME SA105N, A350 LF2, A182 F304/L, A182 F316/L and F321.

Chrome – Moly grades of F5, F9, F11 and F22 plus Duplex and Exotic alloys are available upon request.
Please note that our Forged Outlets in ASTM / ASME SA105N are to Bonney Forge dimensions.

Midsteel will supply any supplementary surface coating such as Hot Dipped Galvanised, Electro Zinc, Aluminised and Phosphated at our customers request.

All other pressure ratings and wall thicknesses not mentioned are available upon request and can be supplied to order.
